I practice a salutogenic approach to wellness, which emphasizes factors that support human health and well-being rather than focusing on disease. We celebrate and leverage your strengths and resources, cultivate resilience, and foster a proactive attitude toward achieving a balanced and healthy life.

No, seriously, what is life coaching?
Coaching is learning to manage your mind through rewiring neural pathways in your brain (neuroplasticity).
It is grounded in cognitive behavioral psychology and backed by peer-reviewed research. It is proven to decrease burnout, increase personal and professional fulfillment, and increase confidence and perception of self.
Nervous system regulation and somatic therapy (bodywork) are based on Polyvagal Theory and research in the fields of traumatic stress and post-traumatic growth and recovery.
I use a trauma-informed combination of these approaches to help you heal and release what is holding you back or keeping you stuck.
I will teach you what happens in your body and brain when you feel triggered or stressed. Using regulation tools, somatic practices, and mindset work, along with proven practical strategies, we will build your emotional strength and mental resilience so that you can reclaim your purpose, energy, and passion and truly thrive without sacrificing more time, compromising your values, or ever feeling burned out again!

How long does coaching last?
The duration of our coaching agreement is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes and held weekly. We will determine this and how I can best support you on our consultation call.
As for the effects of coaching – they last a lifetime!
