But listen! Your nervous system is like your phone battery. When you’re running on empty (from stress, anxiety, too much doing), your body’s basically in low-power mode, and everything starts glitching.
So, regulating your nervous system? It’s like plugging yourself into a charger so you don’t go feral at work or start crying in the grocery store.
And because nobody likes glitching…I use a trauma-informed combination of mind and body work to help you heal and release what is holding you back or keeping you stuck.

Why does this sound too good to be true?
Yeah, I used to think that too.
When I was working as a full-time veterinarian and even as a medical director, I was exhausted. I couldn’t see another way. I had to “keep on keeping on” just to stay afloat.
To me, coaching seemed like an unlikely and too good to be true solution. But I was desperate. So I gave it a shot, and I am so thankful that I did!

How long does coaching last?
Private one-on-one coaching is tailored to your individual needs and goals. On our consultation call, we will determine the duration and how I can best support you. Sessions are typically held weekly and last 45 minutes.
Group coaching programs typically run for 6-8 weeks. Group sessions are held weekly and run 60 – 90 minutes.
