How long does coaching last?

The duration of our coaching agreement is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes and held weekly. We will determine this, and how I can best support you, on our consultation call.

As for the effects of coaching – they last a lifetime!

Data shows that those who participate in coaching continue to see benefits and drastic improvements to their well-being long after they have stopped working with a coach.

I practice a salutogenic approach to wellness, which emphasizes factors that support human health and well-being rather than focusing on disease. We celebrate and leverage your strengths and resources, cultivate resilience, and foster a proactive attitude toward achieving a balanced and healthy life.
